Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the bottle is protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
